$30,000 Reward – and why you should use cellular instead of Cable TV for alarm service

by Rick Overholt on November 22, 2013

Comcast fiber optics cables have been cut in at least six different places around Houston.  This has disrupted phone, and cable service for over 50,000 area users for several hours each time.   During these outages, any security systems customers depending on their alarms to be monitored for fire or burglary via the Comcast cables would also have been without service.   We at OMNI highly recommend that our clients choose cellular alarm monitoring for their alarm systems as a first choice, over DSL, Cable, or standard phone lines.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $30,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible.
